Grant Application Process
Our annual grant funding round is open from 1 September each year. Applications must be submitted by the end of September (30th). Our Grants Committee reserves the right to determine successful grant applicants based on a review of applications.

Grant applications open
Grant applications are open to organisations, community groups, and parishes (individual Catholic churches) within the Hamilton Catholic Diocese geographical area. See more about our Grant Criteria here.
30 SEPTEMBER
Grant applications close
Applications for our annual grant funding round close.

OCTOBER
Application Screening
Our Grants Committee members may contact shortlisted applicant organisations for further information.

NOVEMBER
Decisions and Notifications
Our Grants Committee makes recommendations for Grant Funding, which are presented to the Common Good Foundation Board for final review and decision. Grant application outcome letters are sent out to successful applicants.
Payment
Grants are paid out via internet banking and receipts are requested.
